Timesheets - Candidates
can enter timesheets
online through an authorisation-staged
process. This allows candidates
and clients to interact
directly with the system.
Candidates enter start, stop
and break times, then clients
review and approve submissions.
Timesheets can be printed
at any stage for manual signature,
fax submission and / or record
keeping.
Pay
History - Candidates
have the ability
to make secure enquiries
about their pay
details. Payslips
can be reprinted
as required.
Job
History - Candidates
can view their prior
work history with Affinity
IT. Additionally, details
about the client
company, site and
work placement including
start and end dates
can be viewed. |

Timesheets - Clients can
access electronic timesheets,
review and approve submissions.
Ticking a simple check box
is all that is required to
approve a timesheet.
Invoice History - Clients
can view
invoices that have been created
within selected dates.
A total value is shown for
the displayed invoices. In
addition clients can drill-down
to the actual invoice and
the candidates associated
timesheet.
Client
Spend - Based on invoices raised, clients can view
their spend with Affinity
IT within selected dates.
Information includes:
- Candidate name
- Hiring manager
- Purchase order number
- Job
start date
- Job end date
- Number
of normal time & overtime hours
- Value
of normal time & overtime hours
- Value of allowances
- Year-to-date
spend
Work
In Progress - Clients can view costs associated
with all job orders that
fall within a selected
search criteria by department
and date range. The report
displays:
- Candidate
- Position
- Start date
- End date
- Number of normal time
- Value of normal time
- Allowances
- Total
